  	Obituary (Marinette Eagle-Star, Mar 10, 1967) Frank Theisen Taken by Death Frank L Theisen, 81, well known route 1, Porterfield, farmer died early today at Marinette General Hospital He had been ill for a year A native of the Town of Peshtigo, Mr Theisen was born Feb 2, 1886 He farmed in the Porterfield area during his entire lifetime. On Sept 9, 1913, he married the former Mary Ann Bernardy at St. Joseph Church at Walsh. He was a trustee of that parish for 35 years. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Surviving with his widow are six sons, Leonard and Lawrence of Porterfield, Vernon of Madison, Norbert of Green Bay, Robert of route 2, Marinette, and the Rev. Donald Theisen, pastor of St. John Catholic Church at Whitewall. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William Walker of Marinette and Mrs. John Kroll of Green Bay, a brother, Michael of Madison, two sisters, Mrs. Alfred Chevalier, both of Marinette, 26 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The Rev. Theisen will offer the funeral mass for his father which will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Church in Walsh. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery in the spring. Friends may call at McLain-Theilen Langer funeral home from 2:30 p.m. Sunday until the funeral hour on Monday. The rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
